orange lantern

heno. last sunday i was able to complete the painting/underpainting of the izakaya with the orange lantern, it excites me that how surprisingly it turn out to be looking like something, i had no hopes when i started as it had so many details and relations. now i need to do the glazing to complete but who knows when.

worked the whole week from home that bothered me so much, the heat was impacting the sleep that i was fighting with the schedule every morning.

met with annie at lisannes's place for painting together on monday. and then annie, nesli and me, we met another day to talk about how i made this blog. it's a poc at the moment but we want to meet regularly to do some parallel reading at some cafe together now (✿◠ᴗ◠)

read dare to sketch this week. it was more like a pep talk than a drawing guide. a great approach about journaling in a sketching way. another case that amazon recommending me a book that i don't regret.
