matcha glaze
this week has also started with sketching at lisanne's place with her another collegue lily. she brought thyme infused syrup with strawberry compot to make a lemonade and appearently that's how food scientist people meet with friends. was delishiƶz. on wednesday met with annie and nesli. i am loving the format so far. we just do some focus time together, have a break, talk about our weeks and then have another focus session. it was working so well!
read / listened mostly susan sontag's book "on women". i found it very hard to follow during the fascism part which is basically half of the book. other than that, a solid overview for why what how feminisim.
also continued lena dunhams famesick. it's so good SOOO GOOOD. i started with the hard cover, i didn't know that the audiobook was from her voice. the audio version has levelled up the experience to 10 times more. she writes. she is so brilliant, so talented. also - it's pretty easy to impress me on this but - how come someone can remember the all these life details. if i would write a memoir about my life, it could be a mail. but not only that, she is just so talented, girls being released at her 25s? and fighting with lots of anxiety related issues while she is having the peak of life. her way of oversharing feels so relevant, and also as she goes about the girls episodes, gives me not only flashbacks on the show itself but also the memories from the time that i was watching the show. it's making me watch the show again. so good.
also breaking news. there is an ice cream shop in town where they make tahin-pekmez ice cream with matcha glaze. that's all i have to say.
